Directory page - Overview of all customers 

The Directory in the Customer module serves as a centralized hub for managing and exploring all customer profiles in the POS system. It provides a table view of customer records and offers tools for navigation, filtering, and data view customization.

To access the Directory, select the Customers module from the Main Menu, and ensure the All tab is selected.

Directory overview

The Directory displays all customer profiles that have been created within the system on an account level, either manually or through imports. The information shown in the table view. Each tile represents a single customer and includes fields such as:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Clicking on a customer tile will redirect you to the Customer details page, where you can view or edit more specific information.



Search & Filter Capabilities

The Directory is equipped with search options to help you quickly find customer records:

  •  Click the Search button.

Following set of filters may be applied 

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Business name

  • Business ID

  • Business Tax ID

Filter parameters are mutually exclusive and can’t be applied simultaneously.

 

Step-by-step summary
  1. Navigate to the Customer module.

  2. Select the All tab to view all customer profiles.

  3. Use: Search for more precise filtering.

  4. Browse results using scroll.

  5. Click on a Customer tile to view detailed profile information.
