Customer Details Page - Full profile view on Countertop
The Customer details page provides a comprehensive, scrollable view of a customer's profile within the Customer module. It combines identity data, engagement metrics, and transactional history in one place, giving staff and managers an understanding of the customer.
To access this page, go to the Directory page in the module, and click on any customer tab. This will open the detailed view for the selected customer.
The Customer Details Page is designed to present both static identity information and dynamic performance data related to customer activity and loyalty. The following sections are available:
Identity and contact Information
This section includes:

Full name
-
Phone number
-
Email address
-
Sing-up location
-
Loyalty status
-
Customer status
Each of these fields can be modified directly via the Edit Customer button (pencil icon) at the top-right of the page. If you attempt to leave the page without saving changes, a confirmation pop-up will appear to prevent accidental data loss.
Customer notes
An editable notes section is provided for internal staff to log important details, such as:

Special preferences

Membership status

Important customer service interactions

Follow-up tasks
Navigation to other capabilities
When you are on the Customer Details page you may choose to take actions from this page such as Add to an order, Create an invoice, View history or View loyalty. To do so tap the three vertical dots Icon in the top right corner to view the actions menu and make a selection.
Step-by-step summary

Open the Customer module from the Navigation Menu.

Go to the Directory page and click on a customer row.

Review the following in the Customer details View:

Identity and contact information

Engagement metrics and activity levels

Loyalty and rewards data

Transaction history table

Editable customer notes
-
Use Edit to update profile fields or notes as needed.

Exit or save changes as required
